On February 19, 2023, 18-year-old Julissa Nicole Delgado was fatally shot at the Alazan Courts apartment complex in downtown San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred shortly before 5 p.m., when a white sedan approached the complex. The two male occupants exchanged words with individuals present before opening fire.
