On the night of February 26, 2023, at approximately 11:30 p.m., 51-year-old Felipe Rafael "Ralph" Pena was fatally shot outside Morales Ice House, a bar located in the 900 block of Frio City Road in San Antonio, Texas. According to reports, the incident began in the parking lot and continued inside the bar after Pena was shot. Emergency medical services arrived promptly and attempted life-saving measures, but Pena succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
