Omar Neal, a 16-year-old male from San Antonio, Texas, tragically died on September 18, 2022, from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was one of two teenagers who were fatally shot in a car on the East Side of San Antonio. The incident occurred in the 200 block of Noblewood Drive, and Omar was taken to the hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. The vehicle that Omar and the other victim, 17-year-old Devin Taylor, were in had been reported stolen.
