Joseph Rene Macias, a 19-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on August 7, 2016, in San Antonio, Texas. The incident occurred in the 6500 block of Tahoka Boulevard, where Macias was fatally shot during a botched drug deal. The suspect, Eric Cavazos, 18, had arranged to buy marijuana from Macias and two other teens via Snapchat.
