On April 8, 2023, 15-year-old Cesar Christopher Trochez-Maravilla and 14-year-old Adiel Garcia Aguirre were found deceased in a vehicle near County Roads 5260 and 5200 in the Santa Fe subdivision south of Plum Grove, Texas. Both teenagers had sustained multiple gunshot wounds, as confirmed by autopsies.

The vehicle was discovered by a resident checking their mail around 3 p.m., approximately 50 to 60 feet from a group mailbox. The car was found running and in drive, suggesting that the ...
