On the night of April 27, 2023, in Pecos, Texas, officers responded to reports of an altercation near 3rd and Eddy Street around 11 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered two individuals with gunshot wounds. One victim, identified as 35-year-old Larry Garcia Dominguez, was pronounced dead at the scene. The second victim, Adam Garcia, sustained injuries and was transported for advanced medical care.
