Sergeant Jaime Primera Rodriguez, aged 38, was a dedicated member of the Trans Pecos Drug Task Force and the Andrews Department of Public Safety in Texas. On May 16, 2002, while conducting a drug search on a Greyhound bus traveling from Abilene to El Paso, Texas, Sergeant Rodriguez and his team boarded the bus to question a suspect.
