Manuel "Bobby" Ortiz Bitolas Jr., a 56-year-old Hispanic male, passed away on September 26, 2000, in Pecos, Texas. Born on October 1, 1943, in Pecos, he was a lifelong resident of the community. Manuel served as a foreman for Pennzoil Co. before retiring and was an Army veteran. He was a member of the Catholic faith.
