On May 6, 2023, Christian LaCour, a 20-year-old security guard from Farmersville, Texas, was tragically killed during a mass shooting at the Allen Premium Outlets mall in Allen, Texas. LaCour was on duty at the time, working to protect shoppers and employees when the incident occurred.
