On June 19, 2023, at approximately 12:09 AM, Harris County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to a reported shooting at 5050 FM 1960 W, Suite 112, in Houston, Texas. Upon arrival, they found 58-year-old Carlos Vega Arzuaga lying on the sidewalk in front of an illegal game room, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Despite prompt medical attention, Vega Arzuaga was pronounced dead at the scene.
