Luis Miguel Garcia, a 33-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, tragically passed away on August 29, 2021. He was fatally shot following an argument and physical altercation during a gathering at a residence on Hillcroft Avenue. Multiple witnesses reported hearing gunshots after the altercation occurred in the front yard. The suspect, Marlon Moises Garcia, 22, who is not related to the victim, was identified as a person of interest early in the investigation.
