On July 3, 2023, 18-year-old Gabriella Navarrete tragically lost her life in a mass shooting in Fort Worth's Como neighborhood. The incident occurred around 11:45 p.m. on Horne Street, where a crowd had gathered following the annual ComoFest celebration.
