Tiara Bri'Nae Williams, an 18-year-old African American female, tragically lost her life on December 12, 2017, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was a freshman at Langston University in Oklahoma, majoring in business, and had just returned home for the holidays when she was killed. Tiara was a recent graduate of Dunbar High School and the captain of the cheerleading squad.
