On September 15, 2023, a tragic incident occurred in McAllen, Texas, involving Maria Candelaria Olveda-Moltalvo, a 44-year-old woman. The McAllen Police Department responded to a domestic disturbance call at approximately 7:20 p.m. at the 9400 block of N. 10th Street. Upon arrival, they discovered what appeared to be a murder-suicide scene.
