On December 8, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded at Coast Asian Bistro and Bar in McAllen, Texas, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and serious injury to another. The McAllen Police Department identified the deceased as 46-year-old McAllen resident, Yin Min Jiang, known to many as Amy, and 58-year-old McAllen resident, Zeng Wang Huang.
