On September 18, 2023, Isaac Flores, a 31-year-old resident of Port Arthur, Texas, was found dead outside in the driveway of a home. The Port Arthur Police Department launched an investigation into Flores' death, which was quickly determined to be a homicide.

The primary suspect in the case was identified as Armando Martinez, a 48-year-old man. Following the discovery of Flores' body, Martinez fled the area, prompting a search by law enforcement. Later on the same day as the fatal shoot ...
