On September 30, 2023, 48-year-old Roberto Carlos Arvisu was tragically shot and killed in Fort Worth, Texas. The incident occurred in the 700 block of House Street, where police responding to a shooting found three individuals suffering from gunshot wounds. Law enforcement authorities launched an intensive search for Gallardo, who was apprehended on October 2, 2023, in Bexar County. He was arrested on charges of capital murder of multiple persons and was subsequently extradited to Tarrant County to face prosecution.
