On the evening of October 26, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Dallas police responded to a shooting incident in the 3000 block of Fordham Road, located in the East Oak Cliff neighborhood. Upon arrival, officers discovered 30-year-old Lemarcus Williams lying on the ground with gunshot wounds. Officers administered CPR until Dallas Fire-Rescue arrived and transported Williams to a local hospital, where he was later pronounced dead.
