On December 5, 2023, 32-year-old Emmanuel Pop Ba was tragically killed in Austin, Texas, during a series of violent incidents that claimed multiple lives. The events unfolded around noon in the 7300 block of Shadywood Drive, where Austin Police Department officers responded to reports of gunfire. Upon arrival, they discovered Pop Ba with apparent gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
