In the early hours of February 25, 2024, 35-year-old Noel Espronceda Frometa was fatally shot during a home invasion in southwest Houston. The incident occurred around 2:30 a.m. at his residence in the 5300 block of Castlecreek Lane, where he lived with his wife and two young children. According to reports, three armed suspects entered the home, instructing the family to get on the ground before shooting Espronceda Frometa multiple times in front of his family.
