On May 5, 2024, at approximately 2 a.m., Aaron Montgomery, 28, was fatally shot alongside 22-year-old Jonyai Lavaughn Napoleon in the parking lot of the Park North Shopping Center in San Antonio, Texas. The San Antonio Police Department (SAPD) responded to reports of a shooting in the 600 block of Northwest Loop 410, where they discovered both men with gunshot wounds. Despite emergency responders' efforts, Montgomery and Napoleon were pronounced dead at the scene.
