On August 26, 2024, 21-year-old nursing student Muna Pandey was found deceased in her southwest Houston apartment, located at 6363 West Airport Boulevard. Her body was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, including to her torso and the back of her head.

Pandey, originally from Nepal, had been residing in Houston since 2021 to pursue her nursing studies at Houston Community College. She was also employed at a local phone store and had previously worked at a Nepalese restaurant in th ...
