On September 22, 2024, at approximately 2:00 a.m., 30-year-old Emmanuel DeJesus Torres was fatally shot following a vehicular accident on East Loop 820 at U.S. Highway 287 in Fort Worth, Texas. According to police reports, Torres exited his vehicle to engage with the other driver involved in the collision.
