On a Tuesday evening in Little Rock, Arkansas, the life of 18-year-old Xavier Zay Johnson, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On November 16, 2021, police responded to a call of shots fired on Republic Lane. Upon arrival, they discovered Johnson suffering from at least one gunshot wound.
