Arthur L. Smith, aged 47, was fatally shot on July 2, 2017, in the Bronzeville neighborhood of Chicago. He was found shot alongside Robert Cooley, aged 31, with both victims discovered only blocks away from their respective homes. This tragic incident occurred in the South Side of Chicago, an area known for experiencing significant challenges with gun violence.
