Marsolino White, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on September 22, 2015, in Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred in the Burnside neighborhood on the South Side of Chicago. Around 3:30 p.m., White was shot in the head while he was in the 9200 block of South Cottage Grove Avenue. He was quickly transported to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn, where he was pronounced dead at 4:19 p.m. that same day.
