On October 14, 2024, at approximately 7:18 a.m., Austin Police Department (APD) officers responded to a call reporting two individuals in a parking lot with gunshot wounds, not breathing. Upon arrival at 1805 Burton Drive, officers and Austin-Travis County Emergency Medical Services (ATCEMS) located a male and female inside a vehicle, both with apparent gunshot wounds.
