On January 1, 2023, 44-year-old Jimmie Wiedeman was found deceased in his residence on Fox Lane in Lincoln, California, having suffered multiple gunshot wounds.

Surveillance footage from within Wiedeman's home captured four individuals entering the premises around 1:30 p.m. on the day of the incident. Shortly after their entry, Wiedeman was shot multiple times. The suspects were seen leaving the scene in a white pickup truck.
