In a quiet Lincoln, California neighborhood on the evening of Tuesday, February 3, 2026, a tragic event unfolded that left one man dead and another facing a homicide charge. Just before 6 p.m., police received a call from a man, later identified as 35-year-old Zachary Siegfried, who claimed he had shot another person inside a residence on Hillwood Loop.
