Death by Force

On June 21, 2023, at approximately 5 p.m., 45-year-old Kevin Keil was fatally shot on Alder Avenue in south Sacramento. Emergency medical personnel attempted life-saving measures; however, Keil was pronounced dead at the scene. According to the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office, the incident may have stemmed from an argument or dispute.
