On September 15, 2023, at approximately 11 a.m., the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of a shooting at The Eleven Hundred apartment complex located at 1100 Howe Avenue in Sacramento, California. Upon arrival, deputies learned that three individuals were inside the apartment: a 60-year-old woman, a 51-year-old woman, and a 46-year-old man.
