On October 6, 2023, at approximately 7:45 p.m., a tragic shooting occurred in the 900 block of 23rd Street in Richmond, California. The incident resulted in the deaths of two individuals and left a third person injured. Among the deceased was 34-year-old Edwin Quijano Bermudez of Vallejo, who was pronounced dead at the scene.
