In March of 2015, a 36-year-old Hispanic male named Victor Uel Carillo-Gamez vanished from Phoenix, Arizona. He was last seen on the evening of March 18th in the vicinity of 107th Avenue and Campbell Street and from that point, all communication with him ceased. For over a year, his whereabouts remained a mystery, leaving his family and investigators with no solid leads.
