On the evening of February 27, 2022, in a residential neighborhood of northwest Phoenix, Arizona, police were called to the area of North 39th Avenue and West Rovey Avenue after reports of a shooting during an argument between two men. Even with a person of interest in custody for interviews, Phoenix police emphasized that no arrests had been made at that time and that the case would be submitted to the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office once the investigation was complete.
