Silent Witness is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of two suspects in the August 5 homicide of a Phoenix man.

Shortly after 9 a.m. Luciano De'Oliveira, 34, stepped outside his home near 16th Drive and Bell Road when the two suspects knocked on his door, Sgt. Jamie Rothschild, a Silent Witness spokesman said.
