On September 17, 2023, in Parrottsville, Tennessee, 61-year-old Mark Burnham was found deceased from a gunshot wound at his residence on Baysinger Road. Authorities quickly identified his neighbor, 66-year-old David Kite Moore, as the primary suspect in the shooting.
