In the early morning hours of Sunday, December 3, 2023, the life of 35-year-old Howard Elwood Jordan Jr. was tragically cut short in a fatal shooting at the Arbor Place Apartments in Knoxville, Tennessee. Known to his loved ones as 'E.J.', Mr. Jordan was discovered by Knoxville Police Department officers inside one of the apartment units with at least one gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
