Adam Furtick, aged 34, was fatally shot on October 9, 2017, in Chicago's Scottsdale neighborhood. The incident took place in the early hours of the morning, and Adam was found shot inside a vehicle located in the 4300 block of West 79th Street. He succumbed to his injuries at the scene. Adam, known by his nickname "Wiggins," was remembered by his family and community as a loving father and husband, devoted to his wife Gina and their children, Daniel, Taylor, and Blake.
