On March 13, 2024, 37-year-old Shelbie Marie Jackson was tragically shot and killed near her residence in the Hickory Hill area of Memphis, Tennessee. According to reports, Jackson was returning home from work in the early morning hours when she was ambushed just steps away from her front door. Her brother, who was inside the home at the time, called emergency services upon discovering her unresponsive.
