In the spring of 2023, the life of 18-year-old Rolando Cepeda was cut tragically short in a burst of gunfire. On the evening of April 14th, in Hazle Township, a community just outside of Hazleton, Pennsylvania, Cepeda was shot multiple times near an auto repair shop on West 23rd Street. He was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment but succumbed to his injuries two days later.
