On September 19, 2024, at approximately 6:30 p.m., a tragic incident occurred at Ellwood City Forge in Ellwood City, Pennsylvania. Timothy J. Bollman, a 36-year-old maintenance employee from Fombell, was fatally shot multiple times inside the facility. Responding officers from the Ellwood City Police Department and Pennsylvania State Police found Bollman deceased near several spent 9mm shell casings.
