The incident occurred at the Walnut Ridge Apartments in Ellwood City, where a dispute escalated into a violent altercation. Paris was one of three individuals shot during the incident, with the other two victims, Rashund Alteric Smith and Jessica Lynn Jackson , sustaining non-life-threatening injuries.
