On March 6, 2023, at approximately 9:15 p.m., 29-year-old Raymund Alexander Graham was fatally shot in the 5600 block of Medicus Lane in Hope Mills, North Carolina. Emergency responders pronounced him dead at the scene.

In the ensuing investigation, the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office identified and arrested two individuals connected to Graham's death. On May 12, 2023, 37-year-old Zakela Vontel Oglesby of Hope Mills was charged with accessory after the fact, felony child abuse causi ...
