Karl Jones, a 30-year-old resident of Lumberton, North Carolina, tragically lost his life on April 24, 2023, in an officer-involved shooting. The incident occurred around 11:49 p.m. at 2009 East 5th Street in Lumberton when police officers responded to a 911 call reporting a domestic disturbance.
