Edel Taylor Yost, 38, a man from Lumberton, North Carolina, was found dead on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 15, 2025, after deputies were dispatched to a report of a shooting in the 100 block of Lambshire Drive near Cedar Grove Road. Responding units with the Robeson County Sheriff's Office arrived around 4:08 p.m. and discovered that Edel Taylor Yost, 38, was deceased at the scene.
