On the night of July 3, 2023, at approximately 11:15 p.m., Greensboro Police responded to a shooting incident in the 1300 block of Blackmoor Road. Upon arrival, officers discovered three victims with gunshot wounds: 66-year-old Theressa Little Johnson, 21-year-old Chestani Elizabeth Jones, and a 3-year-old boy. Both Johnson and Jones succumbed to their injuries, while the child was transported to a local hospital in stable condition.
