On November 4, 2023, at approximately 12:44 a.m., Greensboro police responded to a shooting in the 3000 block of Lawndale Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered two women with life-threatening gunshot wounds: 41-year-old Ivy Gray and her daughter, 22-year-old Kaile McLean.
