On June 2, 2024, 41-year-old Leslie Aaron McKeithan Jr. was found deceased in Dunn, North Carolina. Officers from the Dunn Police Department responded to a call around 10:10 a.m. in the 1000 block of East Johnson Street, where a passerby had discovered his body. Upon arrival, authorities identified McKeithan Jr. as the victim of a fatal gunshot wound.
