Sheridan Freeman, a 23-year-old aspiring videographer from Chicago, IL, was tragically killed on December 14, 2021. Freeman, who was inside a home in the West Pullman neighborhood, was shot around 6:30 a.m., marking the 800th homicide in Chicago for that year. The incident occurred in a small wood-frame home on the 12000 block of South Stewart Avenue, less than a mile from where Freeman lived.
