On June 16, 2024, at approximately 6 a.m., Asheville Police Department officers responded to a reported shooting at the Artisan at Biltmore Park apartment complex on Long Shoals Road in Arden, North Carolina. Upon arrival, they discovered 49-year-old Terry Lee Landrum Sr. deceased from an apparent gunshot wound.
